The fenced property of 1500 m2 with swimming pool 8 m x 4 m and 1.35 m deep. Top location for your holiday, in the privileged area of Umag-Punta near the Stella Maris where the renowned Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has taken place for years. The beach and bathing facilities can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.

The apartment is part of a residence with 11 apartments of various types that are rented.

The 35m2 apartment for 2+2 people consists of a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, night lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The spacious bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, mirror, bidet, toilet, external window, two bath towels per person are provided. The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with an electric ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, a dining table with 3 chairs, a sofa bed for two people, satellite TV. flat screen, air conditioner, free Wi-fi internet connection. From the living area there is an exit to the terrace furnished with table and chairs, equipped with an umbrella and a view of the swimming pool.

The house offers shared use for free: deck chairs, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor shower, gazebo, barbecue, while bicycles are subject to charges. The playground and free public parking are close to the house.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.

The area is quiet surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches have various structures to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, with pebbles, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make unique the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast which allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront next to the beach of Villa Rita, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use.

Near the apartment there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. The Punta restaurant about 700 m from the house offers a wide choice of fish menus, appetizers, first courses and deserts. Just 400 m away is the tourist train station which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to Umag center and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or you can reach it by tourist train.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.

To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.

The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.

For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
