The proximity to the forest, separated only by the "Wieda" torrent, guarantees you the peace and quiet you need at any time of year to make your holiday a complete success. Although quiet, the property is still centrally located so that you can reach restaurants, shops, doctors' surgeries and therapy centres in just a few minutes. Lovingly furnished ground floor holiday flat in a log cabin There are two guest houses on the estate with a total of five holiday flats. The holiday flats with the object numbers 225143 and 225144 are located in a rustic log cabin, the flats with the object numbers 225146 and 225147 are located in the main house and then there is a small bungalow with the object number 225145. The accommodations can be rented individually, but also all together for a holiday with a large family or friends. The 60 square metres of this cosy holiday flat on the ground floor of the log cabin are divided into a living/dining room with adjoining kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In this comfortable and lovingly furnished flat, two to three people have enough space for a relaxing holiday. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a double bed in the bedroom. A comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. A hairdryer is also available. A television (satellite TV), a DVD player and a music system complete the facilities and provide entertainment. You can safely store your valuables in the flat safe.
This flat has an outdoor seating area. The guest houses are lovingly and individually furnished and are surrounded by a large, well-tended garden with sunbathing areas and seating groups, which invite you to linger directly at the foot of the "Kupferberg" - open to the south. The garden chairs and deckchairs in the estate's 2500mÂČ communal garden offer plenty of space for anyone looking for a sunny spot on the grass or to benefit from the shade under the trees. Special mention should be made of the barbecue hut, a Finnish kota, which is available to all guests at any time for a cosy and sociable get-together.
