This holiday flat, renovated in 2014, is located on the first floor of a house in the municipality of Nettersheim, in the centre of a settlement.

The 40 m² roof terrace is very large and has a charcoal barbecue and a covered area with garden furniture. A car parking space is available during your stay. It is also possible to store six bicycles in the garage.

It is only about 100 m to the town centre. Here you will find a doctor, a pharmacy and a bus stop / taxi bus. For motorsport fans it is 30km to the Nürburgring.
