Sleme Skradsko is a small village with several houses. Located near Skrad. We are located in the Gorski Kotar region, which is called the green heart of Croatia, i.e. the lungs of Croatia, because we are surrounded by untouched nature and wood.
We are 45 minutes away from the sea by car. During the day you swim in the sea at 30 to 35 °C, at night you sleep at 16 - 22 °C. That is why we are unique in the world.

The ground floor is about 83 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A dining room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Second bedroom include double bed and two single bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower, washing machine and bidet.
On the 1st floor there is a large living room ( OLED TV 55'' with netflix and soundbar) ,a small corner for reading books, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Next to the house there is a garden arbor with a big fireplace and a picnic area. There is grill, oven, spit, enough firewood and grill accessories.
