Just 220 metres above the Adriatic Sea, in the picturesque village of Donji Zagon with breathtaking views of the islands of Krk and Cres and only 150 inhabitants, this exclusive villa offers the perfect balance between quiet seclusion and proximity to the lively small town of Novi Vinodolski. With the sea just a stone's throw away and the snow slopes only an hour away, this is a rare luxury that combines sea and mountains.
Following a complete renovation in 2023, the interiors of Villa Theresa are a real gem. Equipped with a sauna, a heated whirlpool and a heated pool with counter-current system, the house leaves nothing to be desired. Two separate residential units each offer a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, terrace and a large balcony.
