We rent out our small holiday home in Bardowick on the edge of the historic town centre in a quiet location at the back of a large property.
During the complete renovation in 2015, the holiday flat was equipped with a new fitted kitchen, gas boiler and shower room. It offers approx. 40 square metres of space for one to four people. For your entertainment there is WLAN, cable TV, DVD player, CD player with USB, board games and a colourful bookcase.the living room is invitingly furnished with a seating area and dining area for four people. A TV with cable connection and DVD player, a small music system with USB connection, various board games, WLAN reception and a cupboard with books ensure that there is no room for boredom.the floor is covered with laminate and has underfloor heating.if required, the couch can be converted into a comfortable double bed (150x200) in a few simple steps. The bedroom offers space for two people. A bedside table with reading lamp and a wardrobe as well as laminate flooring complete the furnishings.the fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor bonnet and a dining area for 2 people. You will also find a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and crockery, cutlery and kitchen linen. The gas boiler provides heating and hot water. The bathroom is tiled and contains a shower, WC and washbasin with mirror cabinet and a hairdryer.
There is a small terrace in front of the living room window. The seating area is furnished with chairs, a table and a parasol. A new koi pond was created in spring 2020 and there is a sheltered parking space for bicycles. A car parking space is located directly in front of the holiday home.
