Apartment 3 is one of the apartments located on the ground floor of the family house (Apartments Katarina), just, 7 minutes walk to the beach, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but close to the center.
Apartment 3, 40 m2, has a separate entrance to the hallway that separates the kitchen and living room from the room. You can move the dining room to the terrace surrounded by the greenery and the scent of Mediterranean plants. Have breakfast with singing birds and dinner with the music of crickets.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware.
The sofa can be extended and used as a bed for one or two persons.
