Enjoy a day at the amusement park “Fun Park Mirnovec” and stay in a comfortable, newly built Family Holiday Home with two bedrooms, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, just 150 metres from the beach.

Situated in the suburb of SV FILIP-JAKOV, 5 kilometres from the centre of Biograd, the house features a fully equipped kitchen and living room, with a large terrace overlooking the olive garden. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two, free Wi-Fi, and a smart LCD TV. The large bedroom, with a wooden floor, is fitted with a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom, also with a wooden floor, has a double bed and wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
The bathroom includes a toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. The garden offers a terrace with furniture, an outdoor hot tub, a traditional barbecue, and parking spaces on the property.
The owner live in a separate apartment and take care of the garden.
