Discover our idyllic holiday home, situated at 1650m above sea level in the middle of a 130ha private estate, which is perfect for lovers of peace and nature. With direct access to the ski piste in the Lachtal skiing and hiking area and surrounded by meadows, woods and its own natural bathing pond, our hut offers the ideal combination of adventure and relaxation. Whether you're looking to cool off in the pond, relax on the sun terrace or glide down the nearby floodlit toboggan run in winter - you'll find your own personal holiday happiness here, away from the noise of the road in a wonderfully sunny and peaceful location.

Inside you will find the highest level of comfort combined with a cosy atmosphere. The perfectly equipped kitchen on the ground floor, including a beer tap, leaves nothing to be desired. The large seating area in the open-plan dining and living area invites you to socialise in the evenings, while the SaT TV provides entertainment. For a good night's sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms with their own TV and an additional bathroom on the upper floor. The highlight is the wellness area in the basement with sauna, infrared cabin, whirlpool, shower and separate WC - perfect for relaxing after an active day.

The outside area of our hut is just as impressive as the inside. Your own sun terrace with seating and deckchairs, a barbecue and seemingly endless green meadows provide the ideal place to relax in the open air. The neighbouring pond invites you to splash around or go ice skating, while the great nature playground and the small petting zoo with rabbits and donkeys offer fun for the whole family.

The unique location of our hut in the Lachtal family ski area not only ensures direct access to the ski piste, but also unforgettable hikes in the surrounding mountains. The absolute peace and quiet and the distant views over the landscape make every stay a special experience. Thanks to the possibility of access in winter with four-wheel drive or snow chains, nothing stands in the way of your holiday.
