Charming terraced house located on a closed estate - apartment building plus 7 terraced houses - directly at the descent to the wide , sandy beach.
The house is distributed on 3 levels: ground floor open from a large, balcony window in the kitchen to a large panoramic window with access to the terrace in the living room about 55m2 - dining room, kitchen (fully equipped: cooker - 4 burners, electric hot plate, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery, tableware, dessertware, living room is a wide sofa, 2 armchairs, bench, chest of drawers, TV ( programs only in Polish, no German language channels! ), CD, books, fireplace, terrace - garden furniture - table, 8 chairs, umbrella, 4 deck chairs with table, grill. Separate corridor with entrance door to the house and newly built toilet, all completely renovated. The entire downstairs area of the house has been completely renovated, walls and ceilings repainted, new tiles in the kitchen, new toilet, all the lights on the ground floor replaced, electrical wiring on the ground floor replaced, new tiles on the terrace on the estate side. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with a 220 x 220 bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, children's room with a bunk bed for children, 2-seater sofa, armchair, bench with rounded child-safe corners, chest of drawers and a bathroom with bathtub, washer-dryer, washbasin and dirty linen basket.

The garden is directly adjacent to the forest separating the beach from the house (it is not fenced, planted along the contour with shrubs - thuyas). The living room is connected to the terrace by a panoramic glass door. There is a wi-fi router in the house (the range is very weak, often the signal escapes). The terrace is large, paved with terracotta, planted with conifers, with space for a table with umbrella and 6 chairs and a barbecue, fenced with a lockable gate to the garden. In front of the house a parking space for 1 car, possibly fit two small cars, but care must be taken that they stand only on my property . Very close to the house there are grocery shops, restaurants, a spa with an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bicycle rental and forest walking and cycling trails that connect all the nearest seaside towns. This year, the last cycling and walking sections connecting Dziwnówek with Łukęcin and Pobierowo were opened. Now the whole coastal municipality can be cycled along a special, wide, modern cycle path . It is an ideal place for a holiday with small children, a dog or for relaxation after the season for people who like walking and active rest. Pobierowo is very charming in late autumn and early spring, as it is located in the forest, with plenty of walking trails, the main one connecting Pobierowo with Pustkowo, which runs through the forest and is wide, lit by stylish lanterns with benches every few dozen metres. The beaches are very wide, wonderfully sandy, very clean, guarded with lifeguard stations, cafes and bars with music in the evenings. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. For years, Pobierowo has been awarded the "blue beach" badge. The beaches are wide enough that even during storms, it is possible to walk on them. In Pobierowo, even in low season, you can find open cafes, restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts. A beautiful forest path connecting Pobierowo with another seaside village Pustkowo is illuminated by romantic lanterns at night. P.s. In January 2020 the house was refreshed, bought: a new gas cooker to heat the house, a new washing machine, the upholstered furniture in the living room got new upholstery - new covers for the armchairs and sofa and the walls on the ground floor were repainted. In 2019 I replaced the electric hob - manual in Polish and German on site in 2022 installed a dishwasher and replaced the beach chairs. In this year 2025 the ground floor of the house has undergone a complete renovation. A clean, cosy and functional house awaits guests.

TV only in Polish. There is wi -fi. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. You will always find coffee, tea, sugar, all the necessary kitchen spices, flour, rice, There are kitchen towels, all the cleaning products, capsules for the dishwasher, for the washing machine, washing-up liquid, etc. There are deck chairs, beach screens, children's beach toys - molds, shovels. You have several dinner and dessert sets, colour-matched placemats. There are glasses for hot and cold drinks, glasses for white and red wian, for champagne, for vodka and liqueurs. Only towels you need to bring your own.

From the living room you exit to the terrace, large, fenced, with a table with 6 chairs, portable barbecue. From the terrace there is access to the garden, planted along the contour with conifers - unfenced. Behind the garden there is a forest separating the property from the dunes on the beach. In the garden, 6 deckchairs and a small coffee table. On the estate side, a tiny terrace in front of the house, planted with conifers, a parking space for a car, a rubbish bin. Rubbish is collected twice a week during the season on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, so the bin must be dragged in front of the resort gate in the evening of the previous day and taken away empty the following day. A rack for separate rubbish is located in the garden. It is imperative that you separate your rubbish thoroughly.

At the end of your stay, please put your house keys in the letterbox hanging on the wall by the front door. We separate your rubbish, and mixed rubbish is collected twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, in which case please put your rubbish bin outside the estate gate the evening before and bring it back empty the next morning.

Pobierowo is extremely charming both during the peak summer season and after the season. It is entirely situated in the forest, has countless walking trails, bicycle paths, forest trails illuminated at night. The beaches are wide, with wonderful white sand. The beaches are guarded, with lifeguard stations, with cafés and bars, beaches for dogs. The beaches are cleaned every morning, with toilets at almost every entrance. In the town itself there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, fish fryers, shashliks, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, shops selling souvenirs, clothes, shoes, sports, toys. There are playgrounds for children, indoor swimming pools, tennis courts. It is impossible to get bored in Pobierowo.
