Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this charming, detached holiday home, which promises peace and privacy in a secluded garden with terrace in an idyllic location. Despite the quiet location, free from traffic noise, the house is centrally located and thus offers a perfect starting point for your activities.
Inside, you will find a cosy living room equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player, a sofa seating area, a wooden room divider, a dining area and direct access to the terrace through large windows for plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, a microwave and various other electrical kitchen appliances. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired with a window, shower, bathtub and other amenities, while the top floor offers three inviting bedrooms and a guest toilet.
The outdoor area is characterised by a sun-drenched south-facing garden and a terrace with electric awning and barbecue, ideal for relaxing days outdoors. Your mobility is taken care of with two parking spaces and storage facilities for bicycles or motorbikes directly on the property. Here you can switch off and relax in complete privacy.
In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find numerous leisure facilities such as the Kurhaus, the Kurpark and the ErlebnisBocksBerg Hahnenklee, all of which are just a few minutes' walk away.
