The comfortably furnished 1-room maisonette apartment is decorated with lots of wood and attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a fireplace for cozy hours, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet. On the upper floor, which can be reached via a steep staircase, there is a small, open room with two single beds and another open room with a single bed. There is also the option to book an extra bed for an additional person in both rooms. The cottage can therefore be booked for 1-5 people. The open bedrooms are located in the sloping roof and the ceiling height in both rooms is 50-170 cm.

Another highlight of the cottage is the shared use of the wellness area with relaxation room, sauna and outdoor whirlpool. Enjoy undisturbed hours and relax from the stress of everyday life.

From the terrace you can enjoy a unique view over Grindelwald and the surrounding mountains. Ski-in and ski-out during the winter season. Wifi and 1 parking space are included in the rental price. Pets are welcome and smoking in the house is not allowed. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes by car, a bus stop is 350 meters from the cottage. Snow chains/all-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended for access in winter. The road is very narrow.

The region has many other summer activities to enjoy, such as 120 kilometers of marked mountain-biking routes, paragliding, bungee jumping in the glacier gorge, scooter bike run, summer roller-sledge run, First cliff walk and much more. In winter, 45 mountain railways, aerial cableways and ski lifts offer an invitation to enjoy great fun in the Jungfrau Region. The tree areas of, Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn offer over 200 kilometers of pistes, with a choice of thrilling or easy downhill runs. Non-skiers are well created for with 100 kilometers of winter-walking trails. The region is also a paradise for sledding fans. The 15-kilometre sledge run from the Faulhorn summit down to Grindelwald is the longest in the Alps. And there’s plenty more snow sport on offer in the Jungfrau Region, including snowshoe tours, cross country skiing and ice sport.
