The Skyholmen holiday home is situated on its own 30,000 m² island in the picturesque archipelago north of Stockholm, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main house offers approximately 70 m² of living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob and fridge-freezer, a small dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace, sofa, and TV. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom equipped with a shower and a compost toilet. Additionally, two outbuildings provide extra sleeping arrangements, including a room with two single beds and another with a bunk bed and sauna overlooking the water. Guests also have access to a hot tub by the sea and can enjoy water activities with available rowing boats, kayaks, and paddleboards. Please note, communal areas and amenities, such as the sauna and hot tub, are shared among guests.

Guests can enjoy unparalleled privacy and a serene sea view. At the island’s far end, there is a communal outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, various seating areas, and a cozy fire pit, ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. The property features a spacious terrace surrounding the main house, furnished with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a hammock for ultimate comfort. There are also additional buildings, including a sauna with a water view and a heated bath barrel by the sea. Water activities such as fishing, boating, and exploring the archipelago are easily accessible, with kayaks and a SUP available for use. Note that the island is accessible via a taxi boat from Räfsnäs, which should be reserved in advance.

Skyholmen accommodates up to 8 guests. Check-in/out is on Saturdays. Pets are allowed. Water from the well is non-drinkable; bring sufficient drinking water. Bed linen and towels can be rented. End cleaning is guests' responsibility. A deposit is required.

Access to the island requires a taxi boat, which should be reserved at least a week in advance; the journey lasts about 5–8 minutes. Parking at the harbor incurs a fee of approximately 50 SEK per day.
