Our stay was very memorable. The condo was just what we were looking for. Great view from the balcony.We had easy access to the pool areas and also the beach area.Very good communication with the owners as they made us feel very comfortable.

A wonderful unit on St Thomas - full kitchen, 2 full baths, beach and pool a 2 minute walk, close to Red Hook, easy drive to Magens Bay. Really everything you could want is included with this unit. For us the best part was the proximity to the beach, having separate sleeping areas (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), and the full kitchen. Owners were easy to communicate with and very quickly responded to any questions. Overall a great experience and would happily rent again.

Perfect villa for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect! The host was responsive when we had questions.

Perfectly remodeled spacious 2 story unit!!

The unit is in the top floor with 2 balconies. It is the nicest of all the units I have seen. It was recently tastefully remodeled including new modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Hosts were very nice and attentive! I will definitely come back.

Location, Location, Location

The location of St. Thomas Riveria could not be better! We were traveling with a large group of individuals and had the best location by far. Close to bars, restaurants, and many other activities. If you prefer not to leave the property, the beach is one of the best on the island and the restaurants are fantastic! The Villa was great, not as clean and updated as I had imagined; however, it was perfect for the occasion and the host was extremely kind and easy to work with. The experience was seamless!

Perfect Getaway

The pictures cannot fully display how beautiful this property is. The location has many amenities on site. Multiple areas to eat and drink with different feels, from casual to a bit upscale. Many activities and excursions leave from the dock right below the the unit. Could not have ask for a perfect location. Views are phenomenal. Terri was a amazing host and I would definitely rent this property again.

Escape by Saphire Beach

Terri’s accommodation was nothing short of amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone and we even had 2 balconies for loads of outdoor space. The condo was very clean and contained all of the amenities that anyone could ever need. The beach is just a short walk away from the condo and is arguably one of the nicest beaches on the island. Right next to the beach is a beach bar with good drinks and standard bar food. When I’m back in St. Thomas I hope to stay here again!

Family Christmas Vacation in Paradise

Stayed at this lovely, very comfortable condo with my family of 4 (2 small children) for the Christmas Holiday. The condo is well stocked with everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach items. The views of the marina are spectacular as are the views of the sunrise from the East. The condo is conveniently located near Red Hook where you can find a great supermarket and a series of restaurants. The owner is easy to work with and is very responsive. Highly recommend this unit for a stay for a couple or a small family of four.

Communication, prompt payment, and consideration are the major qualities a owner looks for and appreciates from there guest and this family encompasses those qualities and much more. Small piece of paradise

Having never been to USVI, we weren’t sure what to expect. From the landing to departure people were friendly. The condo was well appointed with what was needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable. Did have an issue with the lower unit AC, which was patched up during our stay and also the battery went dead in the door lock while we were out. We were locked out for about an hour until the property manager let us in. Overall we were satisfied with condo. Redhook is close and quaint. Would stay again.

Traveled to St Thomas a week before the arrival of our first guest since the hurricanes of 2017 to ensure everything was working and up to par. Yes, the batteries went dead on the entry lock which was completely unexpected since while there it displayed significant power supply. In lieu of this hiccup my manager of the unit was quick to respond when notified. Also, the sensor went out for the sliding glass doors of the unit which notifies the system to turn on. My manager had the repair team out to address the issue on the same day.

Great Condo in Sapphire

Andrew & Terri's place was great! Everything was clean with ample sheets, towels, and essentials. It is one of the rare corner units on the top floor so we had privacy without anyone above or next door. Their condo provides much more light than the interior units that we've stayed at before and we much preferred being on the end/corner versus the others. As you can tell from the photos, the wrap-around balconies overlook the marina instead of the beach so you have additional privacy and a quieter atmosphere in the evenings when the beach gets rowdy. We did have a minor issue while at the condo and Andrew & Terri had their onsite manager meet us in person **within the hour** to resolve the issue. Overall, I could not have asked for anything more other than a longer trip! Thanks for having our family! We sure enjoyed our stay. Danny

Honeymoon in St. Thomas Riviera

Where do I begin! My husband and I choose the St. Thomas Riviera for our honeymoon. We are very active so the fact that the marina was steps away was a big attraction for us. The first day we were there we literally walked out on the balcony and arranged a parasailing trip...what an amazing start to a vacation. We benefited from the close proximity later in trip when we booked an excursion to BVI which just so happened to be leaving from the marina. Despite the early call time we were able to sleep in!! There are several beaches to choose from on St. Thomas and Sapphire Beach is definitely at the top of the list. Also, Red Hook is only a 10-15 minute drive so we hopped on a ferry to St. John for a day of snorkeling. The condo itself is well appointed for anything and everything you could think of while on vacation. The two story setup was ideal for a week long stay because we were able to "spread out" and feel comfortable. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone that is staying in St. Thomas, you wont be disappointed.

Amber and her husband were a delight. They are a great reminder of what love really is.... Clean, communicative, and conscientious they are a great couple to host. I would recommend any host that has the opportunity to host this great couple to do so. You will not be disappointed.

The Perfect Get Away!

My wife and I absolutely loved this condo unit. It was perfect for us. Being the top floor meant a larger unit and there was no one above us. Both are bonuses. Owning a boat ourselves, we enjoyed watching the boats come and go and even walking the docks, looking at the different boats. The beautiful Sapphire Beach was a short walk away with other beaches a short drive. Everything we needed was a short drive into Red Hook including the ferries to the other Islands. There is also a bus stop at the end of the complex driveway, so really, you could get away without renting a car. The condo unit was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, Terri, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. She attended very quickly to a very minor issue I mentioned. It was so minor, I thought I would take care of it myself but when we returned to the condo one afternoon, things were remedied. We would stay at this condo again in a second. The Marina office was under renovation which meant no laundry facilities, but this just means it will be better for next time. Thank you for sharing your living accommodations Terri!

Keep Left

The wife and I spent the past week at the property and had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean and was well equiped with everything needed for an extended stay. The master bed was extermely comfortable and the temperature upstaris was cool which provided for some deep sleep. Some of the things we really enjoyed were the morning walks, and coffee on the back patio over looking the marina. The shower located on the first floor was pretty great too! I has a small reservatiomn intially about not stayign directly beach side and over looking the marina, but as it tunred out watching all the action going on in the marina all day was way better and the walk to the beach takes no time. The location to the Redhook is a quick 3-4 minutes away and there you will find the restaurants, small grocery store and the ferry's to st john. Even with the strict COVID restrictions in place, it was very easy to have a first class trip with just a little bit of planning each day. We hit various popular and heavily pushed different beaches that you would find on pintrest on the island and I am glad we did, however the beach at sapphire is really all you need. The beaches on St Johns Island were pretty incredible too. Final tip for the condo/resort, the Fish taco's at the beach bar are legit and happy hour has $3 brews! definitely will request to vacation here again.
