Le délice de 4 étages dispose de l'espace et des commodités nécessaires pour des vacances à la plage idéales pour jusqu'à 22 personnes. After Dune Delight est la maison idéale pour les mariages ou les événements!

S'élevant sur 4 étages avec une surface habitable de plus de 4 000 pieds carrés, plus 3 400 pieds carrés de porches et de terrasses, After Dune Delight est impressionnant sur son site d'angle. Il y a une chambre au premier étage, trois au deuxiÚme et deux au quatriÚme - y compris le grand maßtre. Toutes les chambres ont de nouvelles télévisions et des ventilateurs de plafond. Le troisiÚme étage est dédié aux espaces de rassemblement et comprend un salon, une salle à manger et une grande cuisine. Amazing property and great for a large family

The house is perfect for multiple families and kids. It was immaculate and the property manager was so helpful. We had a number to text and someone always responded quickly. The elevator was amazing for getting groceries, the ice chest, etc. to that third floor.

This house was amazing and perfect for our large group. Very spacious and plenty of room for all. We loved the location- right next to the Red Bar and Hotz Coffee. And the property management company was exceptional - very responsive and accommodating. Really a perfect spot!

Fabulous Family Beach Time

After Dune Delight was perfect for our family of 16 beach vacation. Our crew included grandparents, our three children & their spouses and 8 grands from 18-8 years. Each couple had a private BR and bath. The house and especially the kitchen are well appointed with tons of dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils. The extra fridge was huge in the hot weather. The pool was a highlight for us all after a hot day at the beach and many enjoyed the bikes. The elevator is a plus for luggage, groceries and babying a knee injury. The breezes on the upper balconies plus the view were fabulous. Everyone at Royal Destinations was very helpful. Thank you!!

I may consider just running our own and not looking for houses that have bikes in the future. Two petals fell off and for chains. Seats were rusted in place. Great location!!!

We had an amazing time at After Dune Delight!!! Our party, which consisted of 4 adult couples and 9 children, ages 2-21, visits Grayton every year. We had plenty of space at this house! The views are on every side- beach, lake, downtown.. We enjoyed bike rides every night and an easy walk to the beach every morning! Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking range. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed to have a great time including games, puzzles, and books! The pool was such a relaxing place to enjoy after a long day on the beach. And the response time of the host/manager was very quick! We had everything we needed! We had a great stay and will absolutely be looking at After Dune Delight for our stay next summer!

Evenings were a bit chilly for us to enjoy the pool but enjoyed lounging around it while using the grill. The many levels of porches allowed us to take in some wonderful views of the the ocean and some incoming storms. The extra refrigerator on porch next to kitchen was a much appreciated convenience. Management was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Our 2 families will definitely consider renting this property again.

This rental was nice and roomy - we had 3 families and had plenty of room. Steps from the beach but would still recommend a golf cart to get around the area (just don't park at the end of Garfield in handicap area or you will get a ticket - we did and were just dropping things off for the beach for 5 minutes). Another nice feature was the pool - it was partially shaded by the home after 2pm. This was nice after being at the beach all day - nice opportunity to cool off. Speaking of the beach - it was incredible - clean, plenty of room and the beach umbrella setup was nice. Definitely recommend the house due to the location, size of the home, and it's in Grayton Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is wonderful. The size and amenities in all 6 rooms is great. We could never figure out who stocked the Kitchen. We had to go buy pans large enough to cook spaghetti noodles for 12, and a bowl for salad. There were no "large" anythings in the kitchen. A house that is as large as this, needs some larger things. There is plenty of cabinet space, but they are empty. They do have 3 small pans that you could cook smaller batches, but only a 4 eye stove. Like I said," who does the Math?" The gas grill was taken apart and had rusted. There was gas there, but grill was not operable. The wifi did not work. I had read on a comment from earlier June that is was not working when they were there, so I emailed the rental company to please make sure it was working. It was not, we called and they never did anything about it. My daughter spent about 15 hrs sitting in Starbucks so she could do some work. It was the only thing that really bothered me about the rental because nothing was ever done to fix the situation. If I had not been spending quality time with my family these thing would have been a big issue.

Grayt Times on 30A!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spends a week on 30A every year and has for over twenty years. After Dune Delight was our first time staying in Grayton and we all loved it and plan to return to this area again next year. We had 14 people, 10 adults and 4 young children ranging from 1 to 86. The home was very nice with room to spread out and sprawling porches with a view of the ocean and the lake or simply enjoy the fun atmosphere of Grayton. The house sits right in the heart of Grayton and is an easy walk to the beach even with 4 small children. The boardwalk to the beach is flat with no stairs and was close enough to run back to the house for lunch or a bathroom break easily. The kids enjoyed playing in the shallows/estuary. It was fascinating watching the crystal clear water turn into sweet tea throughout the week. We enjoyed having the option of the pool although it was a little cool because we were there in early May. It was extremely nice that each bedroom(6 Total) had it's own bath and walk in closet. The elevator worked well and was very helpful for my 86 year old Mom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted to or it was easy to put your name on the list for the Red Bar and walk over when your table was ready. The couples enjoyed walking to Chiringo's for a game of corn hole or grabbing a Hotz Coffee during nap times for the kids. The area is golf cart friendly which the grandkids loved and is a nice area for walking, running, or biking as well. Note to families with young children, the staircases are wide, so if your babies require a gate, a standard baby gate will not work. We were able to survive the week without one, but something to consider with young children. Royal Destinations was very responsive if we needed anything and After Dune Delight provided us a great week with family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is our favorite among the several we have stayed in. The beach walk is easy and the location to the lake, restaurants, shops, etc., couldn’t be easier. The house is roomy, well-stocked, comfortable and clean. Royal Destinations has always been great to work with and has promptly addressed any issues we’ve had, which have been only a few and all very minor.
