In this cozy house with a soothing atmosphere, your hosts, Mirjana & Manfred Stremme, have lovingly and passionately created three high-quality 4-star apartments with a romantic flair, stylish accessories, and modern technology, where nothing is lacking.

The terraced mountain garden behind the house is unique and beautiful, with several seating areas, a garden hut, and barbecue facilities.

In just a few minutes' walk, you'll reach the town center with its many shops, pubs, and restaurants—as well as the magnificent Upland countryside with its diverse landscapes. At the upper end of the garden, you'll reach the forest and the Orenberg hiking trail.

The mountain garden is available to guests during the warmer months from April to the end of October – except for the gazebo. Guests/smokers can use the gazebo year-round. Use.

ATTENTION - important information for clubs!!! As a precautionary measure, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value sophisticated guests and do not welcome or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants, but behave appropriately inside and show consideration for the neighbors, you are welcome guests. We ask for an objective self-assessment as to whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to observe Section 12 of our ! No rental to pure party clubs, stag or hen parties, 'social' sports clubs, or twenty-something groups under 30 years of age!

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (made beds), towels, and final cleaning.

Please be sure to observe the following information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays, as we do not want to "stretch up" weekends with high demand. Therefore, please arrive on Friday or Sunday instead of Saturday.

For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage premium for Sunday and public holiday work. This means: For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night stated for the respective season x7, even though a discount may be calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (no arrival on Saturdays)
Carnival: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (not Saturdays, Suns, Rose Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with bookings of 9 nights).
Easter: Arrival not possible on Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday.
Easter: Departure not possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday.
Whitsun: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Whitsun Saturday is only possible with bookings of at least 8 nights).
Whitsun: No arrival/departure on Whitsun Sunday possible!
Christmas holidays: No departure on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and New Year's Day.

You will receive the binding total price from us with your inquiry or booking via email. You can withdraw from the contract upon receipt of the reservation confirmation if you do not agree to the final price.

All prices include a tourist tax of currently €3 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024).
