My designer friends and I designed it so that you feel freer in every corner:

150 square metres flow over four levels, with three large terraces, sunshine all around and a 180-degree view of the Nockberge mountains.

Up here, you feel what far-sightedness really means. And how much clarity a space can give.

• Open living area with custom-made loden corner sofa & smart lighting

• Three panoramic terraces – with morning sun, evening light & sky above the stainless steel pool

In ARVE 32, a family suite spanning two levels awaits – with warm stone pine wood, clear lines and surprising spaciousness.

The kitchen is more than functional. It is tailored for people with taste. Made from fragrant stone pine wood, with calm linoleum fronts, generous granite surfaces and equipment that gives the room style and structure.

• Open gourmet kitchen made of hand-processed stone pine wood – with granite worktop & linoleum fronts

• High-quality equipment with BORA XBo steam oven, BORA cooktop & MIELE dishwasher

• RIEDEL glasses, ZWILLING knives, OLAVSON copper pans, STELTON accessories – for professionals and aesthetes alike.
