Ce spacieux condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain attend avec impatience votre arrivée! Idéalement situé à quelques pas du sable avec une vue majestueuse sur l'océan depuis le 7Úme étage.

Emerald Isle est situé à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach à quelques minutes de Pier Park. Lit king size dans la chambre principale. Lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La chambre principale et le salon donnent sur l'océan. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée. TV et lecteurs DVD dans toutes les chambres. Télévision par cùble et service Internet gratuits. Le balcon de 10 pieds et demi a une table avec 8 chaises et deux chaises longues. Les installations comprennent une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée avec un hammam, une piscine extérieure, un bain à remous et une salle d'exercice avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a des barbecues en acier inoxydable au pavillon de la piscine.

The view is wonderful, and the furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. This unit is directly across from the elevator, but the noise was minimal during our stay. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would expect, and the appliances are fairly new. The only minor issues with the kitchen are the lack of a garbage disposal and no lid on the trashcan. The beds are comfortable, but the couch in the living room could stand to be replaced; I would recommend sitting outside to enjoy the view anyway, though. I highly recommend Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar across the street as well. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. Clean, plenty of space, and an amazing view from the large balcony. Nice pool area and very easy access to the beach (chairs & umbrella service included). Easy drive to the restaurants, shopping, and pier. We also drove the other way toward 30A and the towns of Seaside & Grayton and made a stop at The Big Chill (used to be called The Hub) for shopping, food, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again.

Best on the beach

The porch overlooking the Gulf was our favorite spot . The breeze was wonderful and the view of the Gulf and beach was amazing. Two large dolphin played right in front of us every morning. We really appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella.

Property was nice. Decorated well, Nice appliances. Really nice balcony and furniture. I do think the sofa and fabric chairs need to be cleaned. I understand it is a rental, but it should be cleaned occasionally.

Wonderful stay

This unit is on the 7th floor. The viewi is amazing. There is security so you feel at ease. The condo is beautiful. Would definitely staying this condo again.

Beautiful condo

It was exactly as described. Very clean! Loved the balcony. Twin beds need new mattresses but other than that all was great. I will say, there wasn't many shops or restaurants in walking distance. We don't like to drive once we arrive. Mike's across the street was good and Marocs delivers. The elevators were right outside the condo and we never heard any noises. We had a great 4th of July trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you Helen for a memorable stay

Great stay and location!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, spacious and you can’t beat the beautiful view on balcony, which was also pretty big. The hot tub is pretty big and that was a plus for my kids. There are two swimming pools and one is partially inside. All the rooms have pretty good size tv’s. Lots of closet space and extra storage in the guest bathroom. I really enjoyed the location because it’s not extremely crowded, but it’s just right down the road from Pier Park. Also, there is a dog park right down the road that my kids really enjoyed visiting. There was never a long wait for the elevator. Even if it was crowded there are several elevators so that kept the flow going fast. Overall, this is a great condo and we would stay again and again.

Oasis

This condo was perfect for our week stay! The easy access to the Beach and the Extra large balcony was my favorite part! It was the 7th floor, which was close enough to the beach to see and even communicate with our teenagers, if needed. The view was PERFECT! Looking out the large windows, the ocean was straight ahead! You did not see the beachgoers and it was not so high that you were looking down at the ocean. GORGEOUS! So many hours sipping coffee on that balcony.

Great View!

Our family of 5 had a great stay! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! The owner even gave us a list of items they would provide so we didn’t have to guess on what we needed to bring. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chair service, as well as parasailing through a service right next to the resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Clean Condo

This condo was beautiful, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and had beautiful and comfortable balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Helen the property manager was wonderful to deal with and very accessible if needed. Wish we could have stayed longer! Only downfall, covered parking is one way in/out and is very tight if you have a big vehicle.

Great balcony, great view

Condo is on the 7th floor which is great. The balcony is one of the largest of any condo we have stayed and the balcony furniture was very comfortable. The condo is as represented in the listing. Overall I can recommend this condo and would rent it again.
