The basement (recently renovated) has a fully equipped gym with treadmill, multifunctional machine, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, mirror, vibrator, TV, etc. In addition, there is a lounge area, extra large 75 inch TV, internet connection, a PlayStation and Nintendo Wii console with a multitude of games and home cinema.
