This charming holiday flat in the Estrella de Mar urbanisation, in Los Urrutias, Murcia, can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideally located close to the beach and sea, both just 150 metres away. Perfect for families or couples looking to get away from it all, the flat is located on the first floor. It has two cosy bedrooms, which are ideal for sleeping in as they can be darkened, and two bathrooms with showers for added comfort during your stay.
The air conditioning, which is available throughout the flat, ensures pleasant temperatures all year round. The flat also offers a washing machine for exclusive use, which is particularly practical for longer stays or everyday life.
Outside, the flat offers a terrace with views of the Mar Menor and two balconies that invite you to relax outdoors, as well as a roof terrace for exclusive use with views of the Mar Menor, where you can spend time in a private atmosphere. A special highlight is the communal pool, which provides a wonderful refreshment on warm days.
The flat is in harmony with its peaceful surroundings, yet the nearest town centre is only 800 metres away - ideal for running errands or enjoying local specialities. There is also a grocery store within the same distance, making self-catering easy.
