The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a five-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals with a view of the water from the dining area. The living space includes a seating area, SAT-TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Two bathrooms provide essential amenities, with one featuring a bathtub and the other a shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available. The approximately 100 m² south-facing veranda offers a lovely water view, while a parking space is conveniently located at the property.
