The house includes three cozy rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dining table. The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed for two. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and an open sleeping loft with two mattresses. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. Central heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant temperature throughout. Guests can choose to rent bed linens and towels for an additional fee. Please note that smoking is not allowed and pets are not permitted. A minimum stay of one week allows flexible arrival and departure days.
