Our newly renovated vacation home, `s Sommerhäusle, in Lindau on Lake Constance offers you a truly special vacation experience in a stylish and sustainable setting. The former blacksmith’s shop has been transformed into a cozy temporary home with great attention to detail—many original materials were reused and carefully integrated into a modern, eco-friendly design featuring a heat pump.

The house accommodates up to 6 people and features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The decor is a harmonious blend of select vintage pieces and modern design, giving the house a truly unique character.

The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances—including an induction stove, Bora range hood, dishwasher, and everything you need for relaxing evenings in the kitchen. A cozy sitting area invites you to enjoy breakfast or simply relax, while the adjacent living area features a dining table perfect for social gatherings.

The living area also features a smart TV with streaming services, ensuring that relaxing movie nights are never overlooked.

In the private garden, complete with a sun lounger and a table set with a parasol, you can wind down the day in peace and quiet. The tranquil setting is perfect for unwinding, yet shopping options and a pastry shop are within walking distance. By bike, you can reach the shores of Lake Constance in just four minutes or the historic island of Lindau—with its unique old-town charm—in 10 minutes. Quiet alleys filled with all kinds of arts and crafts, lifestyle spots at the harbor, and restaurants invite you to linger.
Whether you’re adventurous or more laid-back, a foodie or wine lover, or more into sports and activities—what Lindau and the surrounding area have to offer is incredibly diverse and appealing.

Free Wi-Fi, a private parking spot, and a lockable bike garage are, of course, at your disposal. A charging station for electric cars is located about 400 meters away.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully folded hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.

Important Information:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe provided, there’s no need to worry about late arrivals.
