Arode Villa Dionysus is located in the sunny coastal town of Balchik, Bulgaria, just 500 metres from the sea. The 3-storey newly renovated villa is located in the quiet villa district "Ovcharovski Beach" on the outskirts of Balchik, surrounded by nature and with stunning sea views. Here you will experience a wonderful family holiday in this dream villa.
There are many tourist destinations nearby, including the famous Botanical Gardens, the Summer Palace and the cosy sea promenade, all within walking distance from the villa. Family Resort Albena with numerous attractions and the most beautiful beach in Bulgaria, is also just a 6-minute drive from the villa.
Just 150 metres from the main Balchik - Albena road, you enter the villa's gated private property via an easily accessible paved road. In the villa's front garden, there is space to park 3 cars inside the gate and an additional car can be parked in the driveway. In addition, there is more free parking at the beginning of and slightly further down the street in front of the villa.
Through the entrance at the side of the villa, you enter the house into the entrance/cloakroom, the hall with internal stairs to the upper floors and a separate toilet. The rest of the ground floor consists of a large south-facing living room with a new open-plan kitchen. Here you have plenty of seating space for a cosy family dinner and there is a very large U-shaped sofa for relaxing or enjoying a Wii or PS4 game on the 55-inch flat-screen TV. From the living room, sliding glass doors lead to the large terrace with a vine-covered veranda, where you can enjoy the Bulgarian summer on the south side of the villa, next to the giant 11x5.5-metre pool.
On the upper floor, there are three spacious bedrooms: a quadruple bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a hydrojet shower, and two double bedrooms with a brand new shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A large south-facing full-width balcony can be accessed from all bedrooms, and above the entrance is another balcony to enjoy the scenery on the other side of the villa.
On the third floor, there is a spacious landing (with table football) leading to two large bedrooms, one of which is a double-sized 25 m² bedroom for up to 4 people and the other a double bedroom. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath and/or shower, toilet and washbasin. From both bedrooms you reach an extra-large full-width balcony, with breathtaking views of the sea and the lower area.
In the south-facing garden overlooking the sea, there is a large terrace under a vine-covered pergola with seating for the whole family. There is both a stone coal/wood barbecue and a modern gas barbecue (gas is included) for outdoor cooking. But surely the ultimate feature of this villa is the 11 x 5.5-metre (1.4-metre deep) heated swimming pool, where you can swim laps quietly or have hours of swimming fun. Around the pool are a large number of sun beds for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a sandpit for the youngest children, which can also be used as a baby pool.
