On the fully fenced property of this newly built house, a lovingly designed garden area with an inviting terrace awaits you on the south side—a place to dream and take a deep breath. With its spacious 80 m², this modernly furnished vacation apartment on the first floor of the building—newly constructed in 2023—offers plenty of room for two adults and a toddler up to two years old (in a crib)—ideal for a relaxing getaway on the Szczecin Lagoon on the sunny island of Usedom.

Thanks to numerous barrier-free features, this vacation home is also comfortably accessible for guests with limited mobility.

The light-filled living area welcomes you with a cozy sofa and a modern smart TV. From here, you have direct access to the spacious southeast-facing terrace, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors while taking in the view of the lovingly landscaped garden and the sparkling waters of the Szczecin Lagoon.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, including a stove, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. In the cabinets, you’ll find plenty of dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans. The dining table invites you to enjoy breakfast together, perhaps while watching a fisherman cast his nets.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you, promising restful nights. Your clothes can be stored in the lighted closet, and a curtain on the window allows you to darken the room for undisturbed sleep. There’s another TV in the bedroom, perfect for relaxing evenings in a cozy atmosphere.

The tastefully furnished bathroom offers everything you need for your well-being: a spacious, walk-in shower provides refreshing moments, while the sink, toilet, washing machine, and a hair dryer perfectly round out the amenities. A place where you can start your day feeling relaxed or let it gently come to a close.

Most of the apartment’s windows are equipped with insect screens so you can enjoy fresh air undisturbed.

A free, open parking space is available right in front of your vacation home. You can charge your electric car there using a standard household double outlet (3.68 kW). We offer this service on a flat-rate basis of 6.00 EUR per day, based on trust. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need to charge your car.

A public electric charging station is located within walking distance, just 800 meters away.

You can use the Wi-Fi network (fiber optic) free of charge.

Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a fee.

Your bicycles will be safely stored in a lockable, covered storage area on the property. E-bikes can be conveniently charged right at the parking lot using one of the two available power outlets.



For our younger guests, there’s a playground on the property that offers plenty of space to run around, climb, and explore.
