The flat is newly renovated and modernly furnished. It is located on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. The flat is 60 square metres in size, consisting of a combined living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and WC. In the separate bedroom there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm and in the living room a comfortable sofa bed 140 x 200 cm with spring mattress.
The flat is equipped for 2 (+2) persons. The flat has a balcony with a direct view of the garden. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony and outside. We would like to point out that pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the proximity to the city.
On the 3000 m2 property there is an apartment building (including the holiday flat) with several small rental flats. Without exception, older, very quiet, friendly and single gentlemen live in the house.
