The "Sonnenplätzchen" apartment, located on the 4th floor of the Berolina building, offers a spacious living area of 47 m², accommodating up to 4 guests. It features an entrance hall with a wardrobe and a combined living and sleeping area, complete with a cozy chaise lounge sofa, armchair, TV, and a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm). Additionally, there is a separate room with a 160 x 190 cm bed and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a dining area for 4. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower partition, and WC. Guests can access the communal swimming pool and ping pong room with their apartment keys. Laundry facilities are available on each floor in House D (for a fee). Please note, pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
