Mountain Retreat prĂšs de Driggs et Victor; Une heure de Jackson WY

Belle maison sur une colline avec vue panoramique sur les montagnes et un accĂšs facile Ă  Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Ă  80 minutes du parc national de Grand Teton et deux heures de West Yellowstone. RandonnĂ©e pĂ©destre, VTT, ski de fond et de raquette de la cabine et ruban bleu pĂȘche Ă  la mouche et le ski de classe mondiale dans les 20 minutes.

Plusieurs grandes fenĂȘtres et une Ă©levĂ©e wrap-around pont apporter la beautĂ© naturelle de l'extĂ©rieur. Vous apprĂ©cierez le curling en place sur un siĂšge de la fenĂȘtre pour lire un livre, profiter du soleil ou juste regarder la neige tomber. AprĂšs une journĂ©e de ski ou de randonnĂ©e longue, vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre sur un nouveau siĂšge d'amour en cuir souple ou de se allonger sur un tapis d'ours et de regarder le feu.

La chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage est un paradis pour les astronome. Nous l'appelons le "nid d'aigle." Vous aurez plaisir Ă  observer pour les Ă©toiles filantes et d'identifier les constellations avant assoupir pour l'une des de sommeil la meilleure nuit que vous avez jamais eu sur un matelas Tempur. RĂ©veillez assez tĂŽt et vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever sur le Grand Teton du lit.

SituĂ© Ă  la base des Tetons, et en bordure d'une forĂȘt domaniale, la rĂ©gion attire une faune abondante dont l'orignal, le cerf, renards et de nombreux types d'oiseaux, dont la chouette lapone, pygargues Ă  tĂȘte blanche et le tĂ©tras des armoises.

Ce est une maison à trois niveaux avec couchage sur le haut et rez de chaussée et un bureau / salle de jeux, cuisine et salon à l'étage principal. Les chambres sont séparées par l'étage principal offre la vie privée. Le grand bureau / salle de divertissement comprend un bureau, des jeux, des livres, accÚs Internet et vues Teton. La chambre du bas se ouvre sur un jardin et patio, avec un hamac pour les beaux jours d'été.

Ce est l'endroit idéal d'été ou d'hiver pour les couples actifs, des familles ou l'entreprise ou personne créative qui cherchent un bureau distant et un cadre d'inspiration paisible, entouré par la nature.

Peaceful!

If you are looking for a place away from the busyness of town, this is the place. Large enough space for our family of 6. You will enjoy sitting on the deck with a view of the Tetons, which are only about 1 1/2 hours away. We all enjoyed our stay!

Remote and quiet

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and I especially enjoying laying in bed at night watching the stars. Nice quiet area tucked back into the woods. Plan to return.

Breathtaking Views

This beautiful home had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The setting is so peaceful with views of the Tetons over the trees. The check in process was simple and the owner provided helpful information about the area. We drove to Grand Teton and Yellowstone with no problems. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful surroundings and cozy home

The home and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect home base for visiting the Grand Teton National Park. The nights got chilly but we were always warm and cozy. The hosts were extremely accommodating and if we are lucky enough to visit that gorgeous part of the country again, we will stay there.

Graduation getaway

We celebrated our triplets graduating college and our youngest graduating high school. We stayed here to enjoy the Tetons and Targhee National Forest. The home was perfect and had everything we needed. We cooked and the kitchen had all we needed. It was a great place to enjoy the area and have a wonderful home base.

Perfect spot for our trip!

Our family greatly enjoyed this unique location and would definitely rent this again if we are going back to the area. We will recommend it to our family and friends. The views were incredible and the privacy remarkable - but we were still close enough to where we needed to be. Loved the view of the Grand Tetons and close to what we needed but far enough away for privacy. Everyone in our family loved this place and were sad we had to leave.

Fantastic getaway!

Great property and a great place to stay! Driggs is just down the road with everything you would need! And a little further south is Victor. They have live music in the park on Thursday night during the summer. It was awesome!! Love the local breweries and distillery not to mention the Grand Tetons which are right there! And Yellowstone! Awesome vacation!!

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful home in lovely location! I did not want to leave. About an hour to Grand Teton and hour and half to Yellowstone (West Entrance). Home was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Good sized room/sleep areas - easily fit my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers/preteens) Great stay, would very much recommend to others.

Beautiful Home in the Shadow of the Tetons

This is a beautiful home with amazing views of the Tetons. It is set back in the woods and so quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was perfect for drives to Targhee National Forest, Grand Teton National Forest, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, etc. The scenery was the best part of our drives. The homeowners were so welcoming and available for any questions that arose. Would highly recommend this rental :)

Perfect Place to Stay!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! Located just outside of Driggs, we felt like we were in the woods, but with a commanding view of the Teton range. My favorite room was the bedroom upstairs where we had almost a 360 view of the area. The home has a welcoming feel and everything one would need. We especially enjoyed the large deck (also with a view). The owner was especially attentive, providing all the essential information about the home, but also great info and tips about the area. Experiencing the beautiful Tetons, and staying in this lovely home made our trip simply perfect!

Peaceful retreat!

We used this property during our trip to the Tetons and Yellowstone. The property was great. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. There was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out and relax. And our kids really enjoyed the dvd collection at the house. There was quite a bit of driving to the parks but it’s very scenic and we found some great restaurants in Victor and West Yellowstone to eat at when we left the parks at night.

Great house with a view

We loved the house, the location is pretty secluded which we also loved. The views were great. My wife loved sleeping upstairs and waking up to the magnificent views from her bed. The owner communicates very well and responds promptly. We would definitely stay here again. My wife noted things had been wiped down in the kitchen, but not cleaned so she did a little cleaning when we got there. Other than that, we really liked the house and property.

Charming and really great layout for family

We really liked the style of the home, the layout, and most of all the location. Tetonia/ Driggs / Victor have a welcome small town feel- a nice retreat from Jackson.. The house has a rural setting - not touristy. Amazing Beautiful views of the Tetons right from the house. Trail heads into the range are a very short drive. We discovered Huckleberry shakes are a yummy treat. The house style was very custom - architect designed - beautiful. Thanks Steve for hosting us and for quick and easy communication.

AMAZING! Righteous!

What a lovely home! Well stocked. Private, and close enough to take in Yellowstone and Tetons. Owner stayed in touch via text but did not intrude. The only thing that I would change would be add a ceiling fan upstairs and in dining room. Pending windows at night kept us cool enough but the day we hung around the house, was a bit warm. I will still recommend this house to family and friends. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer!

Family Reunion

The property is large than it appears in pictures. It was a perfect location for family to come from Driggs to meet up for supper.my parents and my sister's family stayed in Driggs at a condo, it was not large enough for family meals and not as kid friendly. Our reunion would have not have been a true reunion with out sharing meals. The views from the kitchen, deck and upper bedroom are spectacular and photos just dont do them justice. The property owners where available for any questions. I am planning a trip back with a friend next spring and hope to make it a yearly tradition.

We split our time between Tetonia and California. We enjoy the balance of mountain living and time by the ocean.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've been traveling to Teton Valley a few times a year for the last decade because we love the winter and summer outdoor activities it provides; especially cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and fly fishing. Our property is near two of our favorite national parks: Grand Teton and Yellowstone, and we love to visit them frequently.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home has fantastic views of the Teton mountain range, plenty of wildlife viewing and is located on a private 3-acre aspen-wooded lot. It is only 10 years old and is very well constructed and maintained.
