The upper floor provides four sleeping places: two in a bedroom with a double bed and two in two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, and one bedroom has a workstation with a PC monitor. There is no television in the apartment, but a small balcony is available.

The apartment is quietly yet centrally located. The train station is in close proximity, and the Volg supermarket and several restaurants are just a short walk away.
