The gallery off the living room has a cushioned corner suitable as a reading nook. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The fireplace is not to be used.

The ski room is located in the basement of the building, and the laundry room is near the main entrance. Bicycles can be stored in the garage space.

Upon request, the apartment can also be booked for five people. Additional sleeping options are available in the children's room, on the gallery, or with an extra mattress. The apartment is therefore suitable for families with two or three children or for a total of four adults.
