Vous ĂȘtes Ă  150 pieds de la piscine et Ă  200 pieds de l'une des plus belles plages de la cĂŽte est! Notre condo a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© en 2019. Lit Queen, 2 lits superposĂ©s et un canapĂ©-lit queen. Cuisine complĂšte, micro-ondes, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain. 42 'TV Ă  Ă©cran plat, lecteur DVD, cĂąble HD et WIFI! TV Ă  Ă©cran plat supplĂ©mentaire dans la chambre. La piscine est la plus grande de l'Ăźle avec son propre restaurant et de nombreuses activitĂ©s pour enfants en Ă©tĂ©! À quelques pas de votre condo Ă  10 courts de tennis, centre de remise en forme, aire de jeu pour enfants et location de vĂ©los ainsi que 1 autre restaurant sur place. Vous ne devez pas partir toute la semaine si vous choisissez aussi!

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort

The condo in was a gem! It was perfectly comfortable for the two of us and the monthly price was very reasonable. The condo equipped with everything you need and the host was friendly and accommodating. The pool was great, and we had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our daily beach walks!

Great Getaway

Property overall was nice clean and close to the steps. We are a couple in our 70’s and the only real issue that we had was with the bed. Mattress could have been better. It was a great week in one of our favorite places.

First time visit, great.

This is a big resort. You will not find a better, more convenient, location than this rental. The condo was well furnished and stocked with everything you would need plus more than you might expect. Clean, neat, and attractive inside. Property manager Tim was extremely easy to contact and responded quickly. This condo was very reasonably priced compared to other places in HH. Resort offers everything you would want to enjoy a stay. In Summary regarding the condo- location location location 😀.

Tim was very responsive to our questions. Can't blame rental for the weather. Everything worked as promised. Would consider again if we were going back to Hilton Head.

Perfect location

Tim was an excellent host. The condo was clean and functional. It had everything we needed considering we were only in it to shower and sleep since we spent all our time on the beach and exploring the Island. I can’t say enough about this location. The pool and beach are steps away and the condo is within 15 minutes of everything on the Island. The resort was excellent and had bike rentals on site, beach chair and umbrella rentals and restaurants as well as laundry facilities. Tim was an excellent host and very responsive to all our questions. We will 100% rent again from Tim next year!

Always a Pleasure

We absolutely love staying at the HHI Beach and Tennis resort - it covers all our wants (close to pool, size of pool, close to beach, view of beach) and this condo was no exception. We had a great time with our granddaughter this year, despite the weather being cooler than normal. My only thoughts are this - the dining room table (which we love how the seats fit like a puzzle) is crammed in the corner. It wasn't easy to get just us 3 around it without the kitchen peninsula and the wall being in the way. I suppose we could've moved it out from the corner, but, then we'd have to move it back. We felt it was a lot of trouble to do that. Its also difficult to sit there and watch the TV, so if we sat on the couch, we'd have to hold our food, as there isn't a coffee table. So it was kinda awkward but not a deal breaker or so awkward we couldn't work around. Altogether, it was a good condo that covered all our wants at a good price.

Fun resort but bad experience with room

We have always stayed at hilton head resort but due to a last minute change in vacation we had to cancel and booked a condo at this resort. First I will start with the resort. It was a nice resort with plenty of things to do and places to eat and one of the closest to the beach. The condo on the other hand had a bad smell and dampness from the moment we walked in the door and the condo was not clean. We notified the owner the next morning about the things we found and about the bad dampness and smell and some other things that were not in the condo. He replied and said he would look into them so after the 3 day we contacted him again and he sent in a lady to look over everything and she noticed the smell and dampness as soon as she walked in. She did how ever clean the condo and brought new pillows and washed the sheets and tried to get the smell out but said that she didn't know how we could sleep in the condo with the smell and the dampness. I spent most of the day in the condo waiting on maintenance to try and find the problem which they could not and that was how it was left. We never did hear anything else back from the owner on anything but will advise that if he can't find the problem with the smell or dampness there will only be more unhappy people. This place had great reviews and that's why we rented this unit so hopefully he can get the problem resolved but for us it was not a pleasant stay in the (condo) and will go back to making our stays at hilton head resort. Never been happier to get home and sleep in a dry clean bed.

The condo was just as described. It was a little slice of heaven. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the view is simply amazing. Waking up and going to bed looking at the pool and ocean was so relaxing. The close proximity to the pool and beach was wonderful. I will definitely book again. Thanks Tim!

This property has about as good a location as you can get in this complex. Close to pool and boardwalk to ocean. The condo is well equipped, clean, looks good to the eye, and everything works as it’s supposed to. Great rental price and the host is wonderful to work with. We love it

I liked the location of this condo in building C. It was close to the pool and beach boardwalk. However, the cleaning service needed to do a much better job. The balcony was not clean and some dishes in the cabinet has food still stuck on them.

Clean and comfortable. Good location close to the pool. Overall excellent. A suggestion to avoid the expense of shipping keys would be to install a keypad lock. The TV was a disappointment because I do not have an account to access much of the service. Not a big deal because I was not there to watch TV.

4 month Snow Bird Review

Spent our winter here and escaped the snow up north. Weather was disappointing as we thought there would be less rain and more warmth. Livingroom furniture could be better as far as comfort but bed was good. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a nice addition as it gets warm with no window to open. We were disappointed in the distance our condo was from the elevator. As seniors stairs are difficult.

After vacationing in Hilton Head for 16 years and staying in various places we settled on purchasing a condo in Hilton Beach and Tennis because of all of the amenities that they had to offer and you didn't have to leave the resort! The Staff is very friendly and personal and it makes you feel like you are at home. We Hope you will enjoy it as much as we have the last 13 years!
