From the moment you enter, you'll feel the cozy atmosphere of your holiday home. Not only does the high-quality furnishings impress, but another highlight is the fireplace in the living room, which radiates a comforting warmth. On cold days, you can relax there after long walks on the beach. Thoughtfully chosen decorations complete the inviting ambiance.
On sunny days, the large panoramic windows create a light-filled, inviting atmosphere. A sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for an additional person.
Also located on the ground floor is a modern spa-like bathroom with an infrared sauna, shower, and toilet. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for yourself and your travel companions.
From the living room, you can access the 12 m² terrace, perfect for relaxing. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill, making it ideal for cozy barbecues on warm summer evenings.
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds. One bedroom features a king-size box-spring bed (200x200 cm), while the other has two single box-spring beds (each 100x200 cm).
A second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer, completes the upper floor. A parking space is available for your car in front of the house.
