Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a separate living room, and an open-plan dining area ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The high-quality furnishings cater to families, couples, and active vacationers alike, with careful attention paid to the needs of different guest groups.

The apartment is particularly impressive thanks to its exceptional views – both of the surrounding mountains and the valley, encompassing the diverse landscape. You can relax and enjoy this magnificent scenery from the covered and partially enclosed balcony and the terrace. Additional comforts include modern electric heating, carefully selected flooring such as laminate in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms, and a complete renovation (most recently completed in 2015).

The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers everything you need to prepare your meals: In addition to a four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, and cutlery, kitchen utensils and tea towels are also provided. A bread roll delivery service is available during peak season.

The region boasts tourist attractions such as botanical gardens, churches, museums, ruins, and shopping opportunities.

A doctor and a hospital are located nearby for medical emergencies. A bank and ATM are also easily accessible. For maximum flexibility, the use of a car is recommended.
