The adjoining dining area invites you to enjoy meals together at a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen provides direct access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as a variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Dish towels and basic kitchen utensils are provided.

The separate bedroom has laminate flooring, a comfortable bed, and offers ample storage space thanks to a dresser, wardrobe, and shoe cabinet. In addition to the bedroom, you can use the sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Blackout blinds and privacy screens on the windows ensure a restful sleep. A modern bathroom with a shower (shower over tub), hairdryer, sink, mirror, and a variety of bath amenities is available, as well as a guest toilet.

A botanical garden, museums, ruins, and churches are also within easy reach. A supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and shops are located approximately 500 meters away. The city center is just 50 meters away, and a doctor, a hospital, and an ATM are within easy reach. Public transport and the train station are within walking distance, about 100 meters away.
