The accommodation
The 71 square meter 3-room apartment on the first basement floor welcomes you with a well-organized entrance hall with coat rack and shoe bench. The two bedrooms are laid out with parquet flooring and each have a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The large box spring beds invite you to spend restful nights.

In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower screen, an illuminated mirror cabinet and a sink cabinet. A washing machine is also available.

The toilet is located separately one door further on. In the storage room you will find a vacuum cleaner, mop and other cleaning utensils. There is also a microwave here so that you can use the kitchen to its full extent for cooking.

The living and dining area has space for a dining table with four chairs and a comfortable couch with a view of a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchenette has an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a Nespresso capsule machine. In the cupboards you will find all the dishes, cutlery, pans, pots and kitchen utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal.
From the living area you can access a spacious covered terrace which is connected to the apartment's garden. You can end the day wonderfully with a good glass of wine in the cozy garden lounge.
If you need a parking space, you can use it free of charge in front of the house.
