The "Möwennest" apartment, located on the third floor of the Berolina building, accommodates up to 5 guests. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a cozy chaise longue, a sofa bed for one, a TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony. A separate sleeping area offers a sofa bed (140x190 cm) and additional space is available with a partitioned area containing a double bed (two single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and dining space. A modern bathroom with a shower is set to be completed by spring 2025. Guests can enjoy the convenience of shared washing machines and dryers located on floors 1 to 4. Note that use of certain facilities, such as the swimming pool and table tennis room, is exclusive to guests and owners of Berolina. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
