A Unique Luxury Villa Bahamas

Kettlestone est un front de mer spectaculaire Villa sur l ' «île de la famille" magnifiquement serein d'Andros aux Bahamas. Niché dans la canopée côtière à seulement quelques minutes des commodités, il est l'incarnation d'une maison de vacances isolée.

Kettlestone est composé d'un salon central, CedarTop, qui contient le salon et salle zones à aire ouverte, cuisine centrale, et un escalier en pierre radiale conduit à une suite loft avec salle de bain, nommé Loft de Morgan après l'infâme Capitaine Morgan, dont les histoires sont une partie intrinsèque de la tradition de cette île. CedarTop est complété par deux chambres à coucher supplémentaires, Cayview et Sunrise, chacun offrant une vue panoramique imprenable sur l'océan et une grande salle de bains complète avec douche double porte.

Kettlestone est équipé de tout le confort moderne et dispose d'une piscine d'eau douce, cascade et jets spa en plus des étapes qui vont directement dans le lagon de l'océan ou sur le quai nouvellement construit. Profiter de la lumière du feu apaisante chaleureux de notre foyer extérieur feu sur verre ou mélanger votre boisson préférée à la cuisine en plein air et un bar.

Grill-maîtres peuvent profiter de la station de grill palapa couverte avec son propre système d'éclairage.

Il y a beaucoup d'activités sur l'île, et sur la propriété de satisfaire tout le monde dans un groupe de famille ou entre amis. En plus de se détendre et profiter du soleil, il y a la plongée, la pêche (os de pêche, la pêche au corail et la pêche en haute mer), l'observation des oiseaux, des explorations de Blue Hole, la plongée, la natation et le shopping. Composé d'un acre de jardin paysager, Kettlestone est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre.

What a wonderful vacation my family had at KettleStone Villa! The grounds, the island, the host, Michael, Zemi the cook and Michette the housekeeper were superb. Anything we could have needed or thought we needed was fulfilled by this team of kind, dedicated and meticulous group. Exceptional experience!

Stunning stay! Our experience at Kettleston was beyond exceptional. The breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service made it truly unforgettable. The highlight was undoubtedly the talented chef Zemi who delighted our taste buds with culinary masterpieces every day. Michete brightened our afternoons and created a welcoming environment. Michael was always “at the ready” to help make our experience unforgettable. We fished, laid in the sun, soaked in the pool and relaxed in paradise. We felt like royalty, pampered and catered to in every way. A dream vacation come true… we are definitely coming back!

Wonderful accommodation and hosts

Superb home in superb location. Host and assistants first class in every way. Every request handled perfectly. The home comes with everything you need. Spacious and comfortable. Be sure to request groceries pre-arrival, not much of a grocery shopping option, but host will handle before and/or during stay. In house chef fantastic. Can't wait to return.

REALLY A BEAUTIFUL ESTATE!

Gorgeous and I mean GORGEOUS property. Pretty much exactly as nice as it looks in the photos. No surprises which we really appreciated. Owner Mike made homemade pizzas and the in-house chef Zemi cooked meals which were all FAR BEYOND what one could find in a restaurant. Really lovely lady too! Zemi and Michette worked daily and took care of literally everything. Mike arranged all excursions which were super. If you truly want a luxurious vacation in paradise, this is the place!!!

Beautiful Property in Paradise

We had AMAZING week at Kettlestone. Michael is a great host and has the home equipped with everything you may need for your stay. From the first day we booked he was always available to answer questions and guide us to what we would need for our week stay. He made everything go super smooth. The home is very very comfortable, beautiful, spacious and clean. We went to relax so we had Zemi cook for us everyday and Michette, the daily housekeeper, are as great as Michael. What a team! Zemi cooks delicious and most important, does it with lots of love. We had homemade deserts every night and her hot sauce is the best! So good we took home with us. We can’t wait to go back to Kettlestone!!!!

Kettlestone amazing

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. Having access to the water, boat and minivan really enhanced our stay. Michet kept everything clean and spotless with daily fresh bed and towels. Zeme provided gourmet meals that would please any foodies. Michael our host was always available to be of assistance and point us in the right direction. A truly memorable vacation experience. We hope to return soon.

Quiet, Welcoming & Peaceful

Our stay at KettleStone did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had just the right amount of space for both privacy and family time. There was plenty to do, on and off the property and a variety of options to choose from - if the weather was fickle. Some highlights included DIY snorkeling with the boat, beach days at Somerset, bone fishing with Jamal and pizza night with Zemi and Michael. All that said, the staff was out of this world... friendly, knowledgeable, funny, welcoming and hard working. The food was delicious, fresh and made with love. Michette and Zemi are the BEST. We left with full hearts and refueled tanks.

Another Great Visit to Kettlestone

We recently returned from our second visit to Andros and Kettlestone. This trip was, perhaps, even better than our first because we were able to expand on our activities and knew some of the ins and outs of Andros. Andros is a beautiful island and we enjoy the serenity. What truly makes the experience, however, is the attentiveness of Mike and his willingness to arrange or direct you toward any activity that you might be interested in. In addition, the house is beautiful and is equipped with everything that you might need during your stay. We will definitely be back for a return visit.

Paradise surrounds you!

Mike and his wonderful staff (I don't like the word staff because Zemi and Michet treat you as family!) go out of there way to set you up for sucess. The Villa is open to the pool then the ocean and just makes you relax. Zemi makes amazing meals as a well as K' Lee and Porsha (They treat you as family as well!) Please don't go and cook for yourself, you will miss some amazing food! Mike ha sthis place dialed and will set up everything for you (give him advanced notice as Andros has limited everything.) Not a better place on Andros!

Fabulous!

The staff were exceptional and we enjoyed getting to know them. Michael was a tremendous host. He arranged everything for us— charter flights, snorkeling, diving for conch, massages, pedicures. When our flight was canceled, we were able to stay an extra night, and Michael made it extraordinarily easy for us by arranging for a charter flight change and even obtaining and administering COVID tests when we had to do them a 2nd time late on Christmas Eve. The accommodations were amazing and pristine. It was one of the most relaxing vacations any of us have had. We had Zemi cook many of our meals and highly recommend her.

Amazing Vacation

This property was beyond our expectations. The staff and Mike the owner were there for us anytime we needed them! The home was absolutely gorgeous that it brought tears to my eyes every day! I loved everything about our stay! The food we ordered was there when we arrived and they worked with us on the food we didn't eat! Mike was always available for questions about fishing and boating, transportation even before we even got there! The pool was perfect! The chef was phenomenal! The view was incredible and we would go back again in a heart beat! Love love loved it all! Thank for a trip of a lifetime and for making our stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely Beautiful Villa with Five Star Staff

Our family of five just returned from a very relaxing week at Kettlestone. The villa is just beautiful and the view is unmatched. Mike was the perfect host, making sure all plans for travel, bone fishing, diving, and dining out went smoothly. He checked in every day, and was only a phone call away to assist with plans and questions. The staff was five star, KayLee is an excellent chef and prepared wonderful four course dinners on our evenings in, all beautifully presented. I highly recommend her bountiful breakfasts as well! Latoya was her cheerful assistant. We had a very festive and memorable birthday party with their help. Michelle came everyday to tidy the house, answered questions, gave us great suggestions and directions.

3rd Excellent Stay at Kettlestone!

Highly recommend this masterpiece villa with breathtaking views, relaxing paradise environment & fabulous people! We just returned, from another perfect stay, fully rejuvenated. Mike provided thorough info before & during our visit to ensure we had the best time. Zemi prepared the most delicious meals & her hospitality was over the moon, including making yummy extras. Michette provided excellent housekeeping, keeping the villa spotless & going out of her way to make us feel welcomed & cared for. Mike, Zemi & Michette all provided exquisite hospitality & made us feel like family! Can’t say enough great things about each of them & this stunning property. The tranquility of Kettlestone is divine. We loved enjoying the pool with waterfall & hot tub, star gazing on the dock & viewing marine life with the green dock light at night, pizza from the brick pizza over, fresh coconuts harvested & cut by Jonas, using the great van to visit Captain Bill’s Blue Hole & fun ride around the island in the villa's boat. Can’t wait to return for a 4th visit!

Best Villa Experience We Have Ever Had

My family and I have stayed in villas all over the world, and Kettlestone was by far the best in terms of overall experience. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and dedicated to anticipating and responding to guests' every need. Most appreciated was the owner/staff's flexibility regarding our preferences. We were at Kettlestone for a month, and were working during the day, and we found the environment conducive to that (good internet, good cell service). The villa chef, Zemi, prepared delicious meals for us most nights; we recommend that you take advantage of this service as there are very few restaurants on Andros. Michette did a great job keeping the villa clean and also shopping for us, going to great lengths sometimes to find items we requested. We loved our experience so much that we booked again for next year, which pretty much says it all. No more looking for the perfect place to escape to during the winter; Kettlestone is it!

Making lemonade out of lemons!

Unfortunately we did not get to experience the property yet. We had all our flights cancelled by Southwest and spent 24 hours trying to figure out a way to get to our vacation that we had been planning for a year. Try as we might we finally threw in the towel. All the while the property manager, Michael was in the loop. He offered suggestions and worked with us the entire way. When we realized there was nothing to be done he offered a solution. We pushed our trip forward to Aug. it’s not really the time of year we wanted to be there, but we still get to go!! Looking forward to our now summer vacation! Thanks Michael for all your help and being so flexible!! We looking forward to meeting you and enjoying the house this summer!!

Casual, comfortable, beautiful

We just returned from a 5 night stay at KettleStone. It was a wonderful place to begin our Bahamas vacation. The house and grounds were beautiful and a lovely place to let go. I liked how much space the house provided; we were 2 couples and each had a wing. Very clean, thanks to Michette, Mike's delightful housekeeper. Mike himself was very attentive, and always asked if there was anything we needed. He even found for us fresh caught mahi-mahi. I can't say enough about the comfort, quality, and cleanliness of KettleStone. We are seasoned travelers in the Bahamas and this rated as one of the best experiences. One piece of advise I would pass on to future tenants -- take Mike up on his offer to stock your groceries before you arrive. The drive to the bigger grocery is at least 40 minutes. You never know if you will find what you want once you get there. "The boat...the boat." It's all about the boat, when it came, did it come, when will it get there? Overall, top marks for KettleStone.

Your own private resort!

We recently returned from an incredible stay at Kettlesone with our host Mike and his awesome support team Zemi and Michette. We wanted for nothing!! Every meal was prepared for us, the property was always kept clean and any request or question was not only taken care of in the most professional, sincere way but we would be provided with options. Mike takes great care to truly engage his guests and provides an extremely welcoming environment. Zemi told us stories, gave us great advise,and always prepared delicious meals and we all enjoyed her company. Michette was also such a joy to have with us during our stay and made sure we were always having a “ fun day “ with her big smile. The property itself is spectacular!!! Pictures do not do it justice. We used the boat!! Easy to operate. Fishing and exploring. We used the pool!! Had it heated. Wonderful for a swim, day, or night. We used the hot tub!! Great place to relax the body after a fishing or exploring adventure. Many evenings the dock was our entertainment. Sit, have a drink, and watch the nature show at the end of dock. Kettlesone feels like your own private resort with something extra. The extra is the people whom make you feel like you are not just guests but friends sharing an extraordinary experience. We miss them!!

An AMAZING Adventure

I will try my best to put our experience into words, but words are hard to come by when you get to Andros Island and especially KettleStone Villa. The first and most important thing to mention…. The people of Andros. We have never experienced such hospitality and friendliness as the Bahamian people. They are the definition of truly happy, and peaceful people. While this island is the most noncommercialized place we have visited, the host Michael, and staff Zemi, Mechette, and Jonas showed our group of 8 adults a 5 star level of hospitality. You will not find a more perfect place in the Bahamas, whether you are there to relax, or for constant adventure. We spent 4 days on the boat exploring the island, reefs, and shorelines. The van was an added bonus that allowed us to explore blue holes and land adventures. The villa itself is breathtaking. The pride Michael takes in his property and hospitality is unparalleled. The snorkeling is top notch. Bruce the Barracuda and the tarpon visits under the dock makes for a fun relaxing show at night. DO NOT pass up the opportunity of Zemi’s meals. Unbelievable is the only word for her cooking. 2 things to be sure you pack, sunscreen and bug spray. Lots of both! Also a very important thing to know, there are no banks on the island. Bring plenty of cash. The people need cash spent on the island if you eat out, or buy from local shops. I could go on for days, but words will not do, you have to experience KettleStone and Andros yourself to understand. You will not regret it. Thank you Michael, Zemi, Mechette, and Jonas for the most unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

Awesome experience on Andros Island.

We were really impressed with KettleStone Villa. Mike was an excellent host and helped to coordinate a guide for bonefish fishing (this was our reason for visiting Andros). From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mike, Michette, and Zemi. In addition to fishing, we enjoyed swimming in the pool and ocean. If you are thinking about Andros, this is the place to be. It is seriously the best place to stay. This was our first trip and we hope to be back. Some lessons learned for those that will be enjoying KettleStone Villa: 1) Have all your dinners at KettleStone Villa. The outside options do not compare. Pizza night with Mike and Zemi cooking individual pizzas in the brick oven was a highlight. K'Lee and Zemi were also great to have as cooks on other nights. 2) Make sure to have Mike obtain all the food and supplies you think you may need. The stores are sparsely stocked, so don't count on finding what you need when you want it. 3) Plan to pay for everything via cash (American dollars are fine). There are no banks or ATMs, so bring all the cash you need. 4) Explore the caves along the shoreline and barrier islands (if you are into snorkeling). 5) Get a guide and go fishing. We went out with Glister for three days targeting bonefish and he is truly a master of his craft. 6) If you are comfortable free diving in the 20' to 30' range, have Tano take you to pick up some conchs for dinner. This was amazing. 7) You NEED to go to Captain Bill's Blue Hole to take the plunge. 8) Mike can even schedule a masseuse to come to the villa to give massages. The lady was awesome, but plan to pay cash.

Perfection

I don't even know where to begin. First the booking process with Michael was seamless. He answered every question I had and in a super timely fashion. The house itself is perfection. You have everything you need! Wifi everywhere, hot water never runs out, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beautiful views from anywhere in the house and you get such a great breeze we never needed the ac. I would recommend getting the house stocked with groceries before you arrive. It makes it a lot easier. Another thing I highly recommend is getting a local chef to make you dinner. We hired Kishely and she was AMAZING! The food was incredible and she was super accommodating to the kids that were picky eaters. By the end of our trip she was like a part of our family. Another gem, was Michelle! She came in everyday to do light housekeeping. She helped us with anything we needed even when one of our party got sick. So sweet and she always had us laughing. Now Michael was super helpful when it came to helping us book excursions. Plus he had great recommendations on windy days (Captain Bill's Bluehole) a must. He also hooked us up with a great bonefish guide names Glaester. We ended up catching 6 even though it was a super windy day. Another great trip I highly recommend is going lobstering with Captain Donnie! Him and his son Astrad were amazing! We caught a ton of lobster and conch and two Hogfish as well. And if you don't feel like doing anything snorkeling around the house was great. We also used the kayaks that were complimentary and bicycles. Plus renting the expedition that Michael has at the house is a must to explore the beautiful beaches. I just can't say enough about how amazing this house was and the staff. I will definitely be back!!!!
