The Space:
The functional 22m² studio can accommodate 2 people. Its atmospheric interior will provide a truly homely atmosphere and well-deserved tranquillity. The flat consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, a modern Smart TV and a table with chairs where you can comfortably enjoy your meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with the utensils and kitchen appliances necessary for preparing meals. There are amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower, towels and a washing machine. You can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee on the furnished balcony and get a good start to the new day. WIFI internet access has also been provided in the flat. There is also a gym in the building for our guests, access to which is included in the price of your stay. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
