It is situated in the center of Scuol, in the original old upper village part - in Scuol sura - on the quiet side with the tranquility of the village. A narrow alley with stairs connects the Vi with the main street Stradun.



On the ground floor of the multi-family house, there is a studio suitable for 1-2 persons. It is equipped with a kitchen for cooking and baking, a dining table with two comfortable chairs, as well as a pull-out bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. In the same house, we also rent a 4.5-room apartment. It is therefore perfect for larger families or multigenerational vacations.



In summer and winter, the surroundings invite you to take small and large walks and hikes. You can also enjoy the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine by bike, which begins right at your doorstep. Let yourself be enchanted by the Lower Engadine.
