The heart of the home is a 50 m² open-plan living loft featuring a designer kitchen, iconic furniture pieces (Eames, Vitra, Eiermann), and direct access to the furnished terrace and private garden. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub are located on the ground floor. An open staircase leads up to the gallery level with an additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom (with both bathtub and separate shower).

Perfect for families: Babybay cribs (Mini & Maxi), a travel cot, stair gate, and a Tripp Trapp highchair with baby seat are all available upon request.

In summer and autumn, guests are welcome to pick fresh strawberries, berries, apples, and herbs right from the garden. A washing machine is available in the basement for your convenience.
