Step into this recently built holiday home, located in a tranquil setting on the outskirts of the charming village of Prosečné. Here is an oasis of calm, just a stone's throw away from the Krkonoše National Park and the lively town of Vrchlabí nearby. This place is perfect for those seeking a winter wonderland or summer adventures.



The modern villa is designed with luxury and comfort in mind, featuring two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious living room, connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, invites evenings of togetherness and culinary indulgence. There's even a children's corner for the little ones. Upstairs, you'll find 5 comfortable quadruple rooms and one cozy double room. In total, 22 guests can comfortably stay here. Each room comes with a wardrobe, bed linen, and towels. Additionally, there are 3 modern bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one of which includes a bathtub.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, you can relax in the Finnish sauna or enjoy refreshing moments on the spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding nature. The garden features a covered and heated swimming pool of 10 x 4 m (the pool is closed in winter) and a playground with swings for the little ones. There's ample parking space for six cars on the property and additional space directly in front of the house in a public parking area.



Whether you're seeking adventure or tranquility, the surroundings offer something for everyone. From visiting the Dvur Kralové zoo to taking the cable car to the highest mountain in the Czech Republic, Sněžka, there are plenty of opportunities to explore this enchanting area in every season. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are also several ski resorts nearby. Within fifteen minutes, you can be on the slopes of Vrchlabí, and within twenty minutes, you can reach the largest ski resort in the Czech Republic, Černá Hora – Pec.
