The neighbourhood allows you to enjoy the tourist attractions and also provides all the benefits offered by the city. The most important places in Katowice are at your fingertips - the Main Market Square (600 m), the Railway Station (550 m), the Silesian Philharmonic Hall (200 m), Spodek and the International Congress Centre (1 km). The surrounding area also abounds in many restaurants serving delicious dishes, as well as cafes offering aromatic coffee. Just around the corner you will find the Patio restaurant (220 m) and the Zicherek Cafe (100 m). We can do quick shopping in the many grocery shops located in the neighbourhood - the nearest Żabka is 160 m away and the Shopping Centre is 350 m away. An unquestionable advantage of the location is good communication with all parts of Katowice - there are many tram and bus stops nearby. The tastefully furnished, cosy, bright apartment is 56 m² in size and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to its functional space, it is ideal for up to 6 people. A comfortable stay is ensured by the well-equipped stylish kitchenette, where you will find the equipment you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The daily sunshine streaming in through the large windows, introduces a pleasant atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The living room is a spacious, comfortable space, and thanks to the sofa bed, there is additional sleeping space for two people. The two atmospheric bedrooms are the perfect place to relax. One has a comfortable, large double bed and the other has a sofa bed and a separate area with a desk - ideal for remote work. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the flat is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. On warm days, pleasant cooling will be provided by air conditioning. For a good start to their stay, guests are provided with free toiletries, towels and bed linen.
