The cosy and well-appointed Apartment has 30 mÂČ and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. With such space it is ideal for up to 3 people. A comfortable stay is ensured by the functional, well-equipped kitchenette, which includes an oven, induction hob or fridge. Prepared meals can be enjoyed at a comfortable table and a feeding chair is guaranteed for toddlers. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a long day full of excitement. In addition, when unfolded, the sofa also serves as a sleeping area for one person. The fully developed bedroom has a Queensize bed. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Tv in the living room, as well as free Wi-Fi access. The flat has the added benefit of a washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. For a good start to their stay, we provide guests with free toiletries, towels and bed linen. In addition, owners of four-legged dogs are welcome.

This unique Apartment is located in a renovated historic building on KosiĆskiego Street in the centre of PoznaĆ. Characteristic for this location is the proximity to all important places in the city. An unquestionable advantage is the neighbourhood rich in green areas. The John Paul II Park can be reached in a 15-minute walk and the Wilda beach on the Warta River is at a distance of 1.9 km. In the immediate vicinity, there is a tram stop connected with the rest of the city. This allows us to reach many of PoznaĆ's attractions such as the Old Market or the Old Brewery. Fans of water entertainment will surely appreciate the fact that, having chosen this offer, only 1.5 km separates them from the open-air Summer Swimming Pool ChwiaĆka Posir - an ideal place during hot days. For students, an important detail is that one of the buildings of Poznan University of Technology is located 850 m from the flat. Nearby we can find restaurants and cafes to the nearest ones include: Karczma u Grzegorza (550 m) and PierjnikoMania (800 m). We can do fast shopping in many shops available in the neighbourhood. The nearest Ć»abka shop is located just around the corner. In addition, the Green Point shopping centre is located nearby (500 m.)
