An extremely atmospheric flat of 45 mÂČ will happily accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, balcony and bathroom with shower. Its stylish interior, designed in beige colours, creates a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Our guests will certainly spend pleasant moments here and will be able to feel special. The first-class furnishings and stylish accessories in the flat also give it a unique character. The living room has a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a coffee table. The kitchenette, with table and chairs, is equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing meals. The multimedia equipment of the flat includes a TV with SmartTV function and WIFI Internet access. Thanks to them, our guests will not have to give up watching their favourite films and series. It will also be possible to take care of business duties while away, as there is a desk in the bedroom. It is also equipped with a comfortable double bed and a capacious wardrobe for storage. The separate bedroom will ensure privacy during your stay in the flat and will be the ideal place for a well-deserved rest after a long day. The cosy, modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. There is also a washing machine in the flat, which will be an undoubted advantage during longer stays. The balcony with garden furniture will be the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the views from the 7th floor. The flat is located on the 7th floor of a new development in Warsaw's TargĂłwek, on Balkonowa Street. In this part of the city you can find everything you need during your trip to the capital. The well-developed urban infrastructure, numerous shops, restaurants and services will make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. A great advantage is the proximity of the metro station (1.3 km) and the bus stop, located right next to the building. Many restaurants are available here, serving local specialities and dishes from all over the world. 800 metres from the flat is the Hanoi Bar and the Kacperek Restaurant. Our guests will be able to do their daily shopping at the Ć»abka shop located in the same building or at the Lidl supermarket, which is only 650 metres away. There is also a large shopping centre Galeria Renova (850 m) in the area, which has many boutiques, shops and numerous restaurants. For those travelling by train, the proximity of the railway stations Warszawa Praga (1.8 km) and Warszawa ToruĆska (3 km) will be an undoubted advantage. The well-developed public transport infrastructure allows for comfortable and easy travel throughout Warsaw. The famous Old Town with the Royal Castle can be reached in about 25 minutes by tram. It is a monument that is certainly worth a visit when visiting Warsaw. The beautiful BrĂłdnowski Park with its water reservoir and fountains will be a great place to spend some quality time with the family, in the lap of nature. It is located only 600 metres from the flat, so you can go for a walk here. The park has an ice-cream parlour and many atmospheric alleys, which will be a great place to spend active time surrounded by nature. Right next to the flat there is also the Shell Swimming Pool, where you can spend your stay actively.
