Villa Kalu is a very special villa and a gem in Istria. Surrounded by the well-kept and shady garden, the villa is the perfect place for peace and quiet.

On the open ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which is connected to the living room. Just a few steps from the living room is the lounge area with direct access to the garden. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom and a bathroom, as well as another lounge area. Two more cozy bedrooms with bathrooms can be found on the second floor. The outdoor area is equally stunning with a pool and several quiet seating areas in the garden. There is also an outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals al fresco.

The holiday villa is located near the small town of Kanfanar, but it is also just a short drive from the beautiful coastal town of Rovinj. The ancient architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, vineyards and olive trees dominate this area with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Rovinj, the nearest larger city, will enchant you with its medieval streets and warm Mediterranean ambience. The main church of Saint Euphemia, where relics of the saint are located, is one of the most beautiful baroque buildings in all of Istria. From the church you have a wonderful view of the open sea and numerous small islands in the distance.
