This charming villa is located on the shore of the beautiful Křetínka reservoir in picturesque Lazinov in South Moravia. This is not just an ordinary holiday home, but an oasis of peace, luxury, and comfort for you and your family. It's the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy this beautiful region.

Upon entering, you will immediately be enchanted by the view of the reservoir and the expansive surroundings. The luxury villa accommodates 9 adults and 2 children, totaling 11 people. These 2 children can sleep on extra beds suitable only for them. There are 5 cozy bedrooms and 3 well-equipped bathrooms including shower gel. Wheelchair users can effortlessly enjoy all spaces, thanks to a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.

The kitchen is great for those who love cooking, equipped with all the modern appliances you need including a wine fridge. In the spacious living room, you can relax on comfortable sofas by a crackling fireplace, enjoy a movie on the big TV, or listen to your favorite music through the fantastic SONOS sound system. And if that's not enough, there's also a library with English books, board games, and toys for children, plus a Wii console for some extra fun!

Outside is equally fantastic. From the terrace with summer kitchen, you overlook a lush garden and the glistening water of the reservoir. Children will love the playground and the covered heated saltwater pool, while you relax with a refreshing drink on the spacious terrace.

It's worth mentioning that 1 car can be parked at the property. Additional cars can be parked in the parking lot about 25 meters away (free of charge). It is possible to charge electric cars at the villa, as well as electric bikes, which can be parked indoors and charged.

For the adventurous, there's plenty to explore. Just 500 meters away stretches a beautiful forest, perfect for a quiet walk or mushroom picking. For the more active, the area offers numerous possibilities, from historical sites to outdoor activities such as cycling around the area, boating on the lake with a boat or paddleboard, fishing, golfing (25 km away), or horse riding. Don't miss the nearby castles, fortresses, and the breathtaking caves of the Moravian Karst, including the spectacular Macocha Abyss just 40 km away.

* Please note that in July and August, the minimum stay is 7 days and check-in and check-out is only possible on Saturday. For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 days and check-in and check-out are available on different days.
