This cozy cottage is located on the same site as the farm Södergården, with stables and paddocks and countryside views as well as calmness.

Behind the simple façade of the farm house (60 m2) is a comfortably furnished accommodation with a total of up to 5 beds. The little way in front of the front door leads directly to the Swedish-German-and English-speaking hostess's home.



The garden, which is surrounded by a hedge, can be used for children to play, for you to relax and for barbecueing. Garden furniture, toys, swings, children's bicycles and more is available to you. There are fruit trees and bushes.

The living room with kitchen corner is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. A fine dining overlooking the garden complements the living room. A comfortable sofa bed provides sleeping space for two people.

The staircase leads to the sleeping loft and provides comfortable sleeping for two people with a wide double bed.

On the ground floor there is a single bed in the stairwell and the completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Besides that you will find a spacious wardrobe.



There is room for a cot if needed.

The farm is situated on a ridge, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests with open views.

To the lakes Östra Lägern, Sommen and Stora Sundsjön it is only a few kilometers.

Lake Tången is just 900 meters away and you reach it via the gravel road that goes past the house. A boat is available to borrow.

Here is an opportunity for bathing and swimming.



Child-friendly beaches with bridge / diving board can be found at Sunden 5.7 km and 7.2 km in Österbymo.

In Österbymo is a supermarket, bank, hairdresser, restaurant, gas station, tourist information etc.
