The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The furnishings are new and of high quality - newly furnished in 2022. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, various cooking utensils, etc.).

You can rent a parking space in the underground garage if needed (€20/day). A deposit of €150 is required for the garage opener, which will be refunded to you, of course. Simply send a short message after booking to reserve :)

For safety reasons, the windows of the apartment cannot be opened. There is a ventilation system that provides fresh air to the apartment.

Access for guests
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment including furnishings (everything you need for a relaxing stay). Self check-in is available!
