Nestled among the forests and meadows of the picturesque Narew Valley, it offers peace, panoramic views and minimalist architecture that blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature. The Space:

Ostoja Narwiańska is a 70 m² two-level house with an open-plan layout inspired by minimalist design and nature.



The ground floor features a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Upstairs you'll find an open sleeping area with one large double bed and a smaller bed with an additional pull-out mattress.



Large panoramic windows fill the interior with natural light and overlook the surrounding forest. The house also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking.



Due to the property's remote location, both the Wi-Fi connection and mobile phone reception may occasionally be weak or unavailable. This is part of what makes Ostoja Narwiańska the perfect place to disconnect, slow down and enjoy the peace of nature. However, if you are planning to work remotely or require a stable internet connection, we recommend taking this into consideration before your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and its private terrace.



The property is surrounded by approximately 3.5 hectares of meadows, gentle hills and woodland, providing plenty of space to relax, explore and reconnect with nature.



Guests can also enjoy a barbecue and a fire pit with complimentary firewood throughout their stay.



During the stay, guests can enjoy the private SPA area for an additional fee:

Sauna – PLN 100 for the entire stay

Hot tub – PLN 200 per session / heating



Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of PLN 100 per stay. We kindly ask guests to bring their pet's own bed and not allow pets on the sofas or beds. Please note that the property is not fully fenced.



The Neighborhood:

Ostoja Narwiańska is located in the peaceful village of Nagórki, in the heart of the beautiful Narew Valley – one of the most unspoiled natural regions in northeastern Poland.



Nearby you'll find the Narew River, Biebrza National Park and Łomża Landscape Park, making the area ideal for hiking, cycling, birdwatching and discovering the unique landscapes of Podlasie.



The house is also an excellent base for exploring the Łomża region, the Kurpie area and other attractions of northeastern Poland.



Getting Around:

The property is best reached by car. It is located approximately 13 km from Łomża and about 140 km from Warsaw. Free on-site parking is available for guests.
