The space
This bright, airy apartment is crafted for comfort. The living room features a plush sofa, 55` Smart TV, a chic coffee table, and direct access to the balcony.

The two bedrooms are designed for restful nights: each comes with a king-size bed, premium linens, inverter AC (cooling/heating), blackout curtains, ample closets, and nightstands with lamps. One bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the second has easy access to an additional full bathroom.

Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers, mirrors, fresh towels, and essential toiletries (shampoo, soap, handwash).

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: an electric hotplate, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, hot water kettle, sink with hot/cold water, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and a washer/dryer for longer stays. No gas stove.

Guest access
Guests have private, self-contained access to the entire studio for the duration of the stay, entered via a smart lock for easy anytime arrival. The Opus also offers a range of shared building facilities, including a fitted gym, elevator access to your floor, a staffed reception, and free on-site parking. The building`s polished lobby and reception make arrivals smooth and secure.

Other things to note
1) There are two king-sized beds in respective rooms; extra mattress available for an additional charge of 900 PKR, subject to availability.
2) If the guest needs driver’s accommodation 2000 PKR will be charged.
3) For new towels 200 PKR will be charged.
4) For new bedsheets 1000 PKR will be charged.
5) Guest will get the keys from the reception.
6) The guest has to sign the CHECK-IN form.
7) A picture / copy of ID card is required at the time of CHECK-IN.
8) Anti-social behavior & unethical activities are strictly prohibited.
9) Late check-out will be charged.
10) No pets allowed.
11) No Party Allowed.
